It was another day off, sort of. We slept in a little and had a late breakfast. I cooked scrambled eggs outside again and we had the leftover SOS over biscuits and gravy. This meal is a keeper and we will have it again before we head home, maybe more than once.
After morning mocha's from Starbucks and breakfast it was time to do laundry again. We have really been lucky at the RV laundry machines. We haven't had to wait for washing machines and dryers have also been available when we were ready to use them.
Later in the afternoon, I went to the store to get a few things for dinner, I cooked steaks outside with grilled mushrooms. There was no fresh corn available, so we tried frozen corn. It was O.K. but not as good as CA fresh corn in season.
Baseball again tomorrow. My sister Eileen nd two of her daughters are coming in tomorrow from Philadelphia and will be here until Saturday. They will going to two games with us beginning on Thursday.
The weather here remains flexible. It was foggy this morning, burnt off later in the morning and was clear the rest of the day. Still hot and humid but not so much today.
Gas hit $3.94 a gallon here today, More than a $1.00 price increase since we arrived, We are hoping things get resolved before we head home. I am sure gas is more expensive in CA right now and shouldn't complain.
