Today's highlight was trip over to Clearwater Beach for a late lunch at Frenchy's Rockaway Grill, a great beachfront restaurant that is very popular that we visited every time we have been here. There are several other Frenchy's in the area.
A specialty here is the Grouper sandwich. The Grouper is a large fish, relatively scarce, It is a mild tasting white fish, similar to Mahi-Mahi. There is inside and outside seating and lots of food and drink. options. I had a cup of she-crab soup, another Frenchy's specialty and a grouper sandwich, cooked Cajun style. Kevin also had the she-crab soup and shrimp tacos. Kevin and I also shared a Frenchy's fish pretzel with mustard and cheese sauce.

The weather was perfect. Clear skies, 75 degrees and no wind. Lots of people on the beach and in the restaurant. It appears tourist season is here in full force.
After Frenchy's we drove through Clearwater Beach, south over the causeway to Sand Key, drove through the State Park there, then back over and up the coast to Dunedin, a few miles north. After a Dunedin drive through it was back to the RV park.
It was light snack/dinner of cheese and crackers and watching the Olympics - Sweden and USA in the gold medal curling match. I never knew curling could be this exciting.
Baseball activity starts tomorrow. Pitchers and catchers report. We are going over to the baseball training complex by the ballpark to watch.
